Real Estate Broker Participation
US Auctions encourages participation from other brokers and agents representing buyers and sellers at auction.
For Brokers/Agents representating sellers, US Auctions has an Addendum to the Listing Agreement allowing US Auctions to offer currently listed properties for auction. US Auctions will pay the participating listing broker a 3% commission on closed properties. The 3% is based on the final accepted bid price, and is assuming a total commission of 6%. All brokers will equally share in a commission adjustment if the commission is less than 6% total.
