Register to be a Buyer

4 simple steps to bidding online

  1. Register to bid by going to Buyer Registration
  2. Read and understand the terms and conditions of the auction. They can be found by going to Terms and Conditions (pdf)
  3. Select and view a property you wish to bid on. The properties for sale at auction can be seen by going to Auction Properties
  4. Place your bid while viewing the property, under the heading "Bid on this property online here" found to the left of the property description on every property profile.

To Inspect a property in person, or if you have any questions, please call 801-362-7700. Enjoy Your Bidding.

Each Auction Property will close, either on-line or on-site, please refer to the property information profile for the most current information on the property you wish to bid on. To see all Auction Properties (Click Here) then link it to that place.

If you have no access to a computer to bid on line, or cannot be present at the live auction, you can submit your bid in writing prior to the auction, or you can join the auction via a conference call at the same time the live auction closes by calling 712-432-0080, then entering the following access code 317557#, this will connect you to the live auction where you can participate. All conference call bids are recorded and are accepted with the understanding that the caller has read and understands the terms and conditions of the auction.

Please call the Auction agent and or Listing agent if you have any questions.
