How to bid online
Thank you for participating in US Auctions Online Auctions. It is important that you familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions as all sales are final and irrevocable. The terms and conditions are the same for every buyer online, so they are not negotiable.
There is no fee to register to bid, however all bidders must register to be able to bid online. By bidding you are representing to US Auctions (Broker, and/or Auctioneer) and the Seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as stated herein. Please Do Not Bid, if you do not agree or understand the terms and conditions.
US Auctions, shall not be responsible for any malfunctions or systems failures which may cause a bid or bidder to fail to be recognized or registered.
Register to be a Buyer
All of the current bid prices that appear on the property profile page are actual bids from registered buyers. Bidding is open to all registered bidders. To register to bid go to Buyer Registration. They are however still subject to acceptance by the Bank/Seller.
The online bidding will continue for a period of at 10 to 45 days, depending on the property, the auction will close on a predetermined date and time, the closing of the auction will take place either online or on site at the property again depending on the property.
Once you have registered to bid, you can also call in a bid by calling 801-362-7700; all bids are verified and confirmed before they will be posted.
